Organic c quartz crystal with rutile (ginger inclusions). The crystal is framed in a 925 sterling silver, oxidized and finished with matt (only inside the ring has been polished). Quartz with rutile is a kind of rock crystal with needlelike rutile embedded in it. Rutilated quartz is popularly known as Venus-hair stone.

I am rather new at jewellery making. It's all started a few years ago.
I began to work on my own, following the birth of our second daughter. I am a stay-at-home Dad, and a jewellery artist.

I am inspired by the stones themselves--often having a vision of what I will create by the time I bring the stones home. Sometimes inspiration flows from a dream-like state. Ideas come late at at night or I awaken inspired to create. 

I love looking at a stone and deciding how it should be framed. I begin each piece by carving the entire setting out of wax, and then casting it in silver. I like light, open patterns with an organic feel.

Care Instructions

Store your jewellery pieces individually so that they don’t scratch or
tangle, and to avoid tarnishing try to keep your sterling silver in an
